Since 1996, GTA has produced theater festivals, productions and staged readings on both sides of the Atlantic, including New York, Düsseldorf and Berlin. ”We are not these hands” is the name of a play shown at the Duesseldorfer Schauspielhaus from the 19th-23rd of June.

“Full-length Comedy, One Intermission.

Ever since their school blew up, Moth and Belly have taken to stalking an illegal internet café in the hopes of one day being allowed in. They take particular interest in Leather, a skittish older man doing research in the café. 

Leather is a self-proclaimed “freelance scholar” from a foreign land with a sketchy past and a sticky secret. Leather begins to fall head over heals in love with Moth… but what about Belly? This play explores the effects of rampant capitalism on a country that is ill-prepared for it.” -

Ich mache da den Video Operator, nachdem mein Fellow Vj aus Aachen – Kai Gussek – mich mal zu einer Probe mitgenommen hatte. Es ist schon spannend mal in die Theaterwelt einzutauchen. Die Proben machen viel Spass, auch weil Regisseur Daniel Fish ein lustiger Zeitgenosse ist.
